Work that is done by hand today, runs by itself tomorrow
We don't sell a big system that changes everything. We take the one part of the
work that costs you the most, re-typing, reminders, quotes, orders, and build a
tool that does it for you. Connected to the software you already use, with a
fixed price and deadline before we start.
From Labin, for small businesses in Istria.
It never shows up as a line in the books, but you pay for it every day.
Hours nobody pays for
Copying from email to spreadsheet, from spreadsheet to software, from notebook
to invoice. An hour a day is around twenty working days a year.
Mistakes the customer sees
The wrong quantity, a forgotten item, an invoice to the wrong address. Every
manual copy is another chance to get it wrong.
Work that went to someone else
A quote sent too late, a reminder nobody sent, a phone nobody answered. None
of it appears in any report.
What we solve
Six problems we see in almost every business
The same core, adapted to your catalogue, your steps and the software you
already use. That is why it is faster and cheaper than building from scratch.
A customer's service, certificate, registration or policy is due, and the
reminder depends on someone's memory. Every reminder sent is a new
job, not a saving.
Customers, equipment and deadlines in one register
Automatic email or SMS to the customer before the due date
A weekly list of what needs to be booked
Import from your existing spreadsheets, no re-typing
Every appointment is a call or a WhatsApp message, and half the day
goes on arranging them. A customer who doesn't get an answer straight
away calls someone else.
Booking from your website, with real capacity and opening hours
A deposit or prepayment where it makes sense
An automatic reminder the day before, fewer no-shows
The rota in one spreadsheet, hours in another, projects in a third. At the end
of the month someone spends two days pulling it together for payroll
and invoices.
A shift rota staff can see on their phones
Hours tracked per person, project or location
Projects and phases: planned, spent, invoiced
A monthly export for the accountant and the client invoice
AI is now reliable at reading, sorting and writing text. We use it where it
replaces tedious work, and a person keeps the final say.

1,077 projects from handwritten logbooks
Scanned, handwritten project logbooks were turned into a database. The office
now finds a project in seconds, tracks phases, clients and finances, exports
lists and has charts, and every employee sees only what they are allowed to.

Our own CRM with an AI agent
Clients, offers, follow-up reminders and sending email in one place. The AI
agent in it searches, prepares offers and drafts emails, and nothing goes out
without our confirmation.
What is done by hand, who does it and how long it takes. By email, without obligation.

You get an estimate
Free and in writing: what we would build, what it costs and when it is ready.
If it isn't worth it, we say so.
3
We deliver in steps
A first usable version within weeks. You use it straight away, and we refine
whatever turns out differently in practice.
4
We maintain it
Your process or the software we connect to changes? Message us and it is
handled. Support comes directly from whoever built the tool.
FAQ
What we get asked most
We already have invoicing and accounting software. Do we have to replace it?
No. Usually the whole point is that whatever happens in a quote, in the field
or in an order ends up in the software you already use, without re-typing.
Where the software allows it we connect to it directly; where it doesn't, we
import from a file.
We're a small business. Is it worth it for us at all?
The maths is simple: how many hours a week go on work the tool would do by
itself, and how much business you lose because something is late. If it
doesn't pay for itself within a year, we'll tell you in the estimate, before
you pay anything.
How long does it take?
A smaller tool is usually in use within one to three weeks. A larger system
we deliver in parts, so you use the first part after a few weeks, not after
half a year.
Who owns the data?
You do. At any time you can get an export of all your data in a plain format
that opens in Excel. We don't lock you into a system you can't leave.
What if we need something that isn't on the list?
The six problems above are the ones we see most often, not the limit of what
we do. Describe yours in a few sentences and you'll get an answer within
24 hours.
